Dr. Shayer Shah, DDS

Dr. Shah is originally from Mt. Gilead, Ohio. He graduated from OSU with a bachelor's degree and received his doctoral degree from NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Shah completed a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Shah has also completed an implant fellowship at The Ohio State University and has a strong interest in implant dentistry. Dr. Shah thrives to stay up to date with the latest dental technology by attending numerous continuing education courses. Dr. Shah is a member of the International Team of Implantology (ITI), American Dental Association, and the local Dental Association. Dr. Shah is married to Dr. Ami Patel who is a dentist as well and they have a daughter Gia and son Krish. In his spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys golfing, Ohio State football and traveling. Dr. Shah’s motto: "Never Fear the Dentist Again!"

Dr. Ami Patel, DDS

Dr. Ami Patel was born & raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her undergrad at Case Western University with a major in Nutrition before completing dental school at The Ohio State University. She truly enjoys working with children and focuses most of her dental practice to them. Her calm, patient and gentle attitude is appealing to children as well as adults. Dr. Patel works one Friday a month in our office and two days a week at a dental practice in Pickerington. Dr. Patel and her husband, Dr. Shayer Shah reside in New Albany with their children Gia and Krish. Dr. Patel enjoys cooking, arts & crafts, and traveling.

Dr. Emily Hutchins, DDS

Dr. Emily Hutchins grew up in Dublin, Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a major in Finance and minor in Spanish. She earned her doctoral degree from UCSF School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. Dr. Hutchins completed a comprehensive, 12 month AEGD residency at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas. Her residency focused on the surgical placement and restoration of implants, gum and bone grafts, root canals, advanced crown and bridge, esthetic dentistry, TMD therapy, sleep medicine, Invisalign®, Botox & Xeomin and IV sedation. Dr. Hutchins is a member of the American Dental Association and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society. Dr. Hutchins and her husband, Kris and daughter, Lily, (who was born in December 2021) live in Upper Arlington. Dr. Hutchins enjoys exercising, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sheridan Mitchell, DDS

Dr. Mitchell grew up in the Newark area and graduated from Lakewood High School in 2013. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. She then continued on at OSU College of Dentistry and earned her DDS in May 2021, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She has spent the last year and a half practicing in Ohio.

Outside of work, Dr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with her husband Jesse and 5-month old daughter Charlotte. As a lifelong Buckeye fan and now alumna, she enjoys watching OSU football and basketball, and attending a game or two every year. She and her family are also big fans of the Columbus Blue Jackets! Outside of sports, she likes to cook, bake, and craft.
